Position Overview

We are seeking a People Operations & Talent Acquisition Intern to help identify, recruit, and engage talented undergraduate and graduate students interested in joining our startup. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in startup recruiting, talent sourcing, employer branding, and people operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and posting internship opportunities.
• Source candidates through university career centers, student organizations, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
• Screen applications and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting metrics.
• Help improve the internship onboarding experience.
• Support employer branding and recruitment outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and talent acquisition.
